Using a collaborative approach, Elevate worked with the SEC4CD project staff to determine what outcomes they desired from their programming, what questions they had about the impact of their programming, and what metrics might be important to future funders, donors, or participants.

Pinpointing the impacts of The Family Collective’s unique system-wide approach to improving services for families is complex. We designed and implemented a comprehensive evaluation strategy to understand the initiative’s impact at multiple levels.
